Who we are
So Glad It's You is a small US business run by Bridget and Leah Anne. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
We collect your name and email address when you register for a workshop or become a founding member. If you buy a membership, our checkout provider also collects the payment details needed to process your purchase. We never see or store your full card number.
Where it is stored
We use a few trusted services to run the business: Flodesk (email), SamCart (checkout and billing), Circle (the private membership community), and ManyChat (messages). Your information is stored with these services and is used only to provide what you signed up for.
How we use it
We use your information to send you the emails you asked for, give you access to the membership, process payments, and answer your questions.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
Unsubscribing and removal
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove your information completely by emailing hello@sogladitsyou.com. We will take care of it promptly.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
